Laurier football weekly update

Golden Hawk alumni & friends of the football program,

After a week away, the players are back on campus this week working out. The intensity in the weight room has been increased as we tested the players in bench press, cleans and back squats. Today we will be back at RIM Park for practice #8.

Recruiting is going amazingly well and, in the last week, we have added some outstanding student-athletes. We are extremely excited about all four players as they will not only improve our product on the field, but they are also all very high-quality character individuals that will be great additions to the overall Laurier community.
