Winter Practices Open
We have completed seven of 20 off-season practices and the energy, execution and work-ethic has been very impressive.

Our team has the drive, focus and demeanor of a team that finished 4-4 and out of the playoffs, but a confidence an energy of a team that will contend for the 2019 Yates and Vanier Cups. It is the perfect combination for our best offseason yet.

Lunch with Light House
On Tuesday, February 26th, I took four players: Scott Hutter, Christian Coppin, Patrick James and Anton Matthews over to the Light House for lunch. We had a fantastic time and the players interactions and the smiles were priceless.
