Bill Parsons (Hons. BA) is a Golden Hawk Football alum, a former Co-Captain, a Team Hall of Fame member and serves as the full-time Senior Advisor to Laurier Football.
Bill provides off-field leadership to support our Win Every Day in Everything We Do culture. Bill leads the Performance Mentoring program and is active in Alumni Engagement to ensure strategies and resources are in place to meet our commitment to our players and their families.
Our Performance Mentoring program is a team effort to fulfill the recruiting promise as we integrate Academic and Community Leadership strategies in an environment focused on personal wellness.
Bill works with all our players to share a deeper understanding of the commitment needed to be a great teammate and to pursue championship level performance on and off the field.
In his career, Bill has served on the Advisory Board of the Canadian Centre for Emergency Preparedness, been a National Judge for the Canadian Information Productivity Awards, served as Operations Co-Chair to the International Small Business Congress and has appeared before numerous Parliamentary Committees on a range of public policy issues.
Bill has also completed Executive Development studies at the Queens School of Business. This extensive life experience provides a much valued resource to our players in their pursuit of success at Laurier.
