Jesse has been running his own Strength and Conditioning Company (Jesse Collins Training) ever since he graduated from Ohio University with his Masters of Science in Sports Science and Recreation. While running his own company, Jesse has spent time working with a multitude of clients; from elite level athletes and weekend warriors, to individuals dealing with chronic injuries and pain.
Over the past couple years; Jesse has trained a number of elite level athletes from the CFL, NHL, NCAA and CIS, in which he worked to maximize their performance allowing them to compete at the highest level.
During his time in Ohio, Jesse worked as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at the PAC (Ohio University fitness facility) where he was responsible for teaching the foundations of Strength and Conditioning to undergraduate students. He was able to obtain his CSCS certification, while attending numerous educational seminars which he contributes to much of his growth as a Strength and Conditioning coach.
Jesse completed his undergraduate degree at Wilfrid Laurier University in 2013 and was a student athlete on the Golden Hawks football team, where his passion for health, fitness and performance really grew.
