WATERLOO — So, Tristan Arndt, how’s the arm?

We will very quickly dive right into a schedule that will see the team waking up at 6:30am and not returning to their rooms until about 9:30pm. The days will be filled with practices, meetings, therapy, meals, workouts and more.

Golden Hawk alumni & friends of the football program,

In fact, 89 players were in town and took part in meetings, which coaches could take part in and then the players went out to the field and the senior players ran the 90 minute practice.
