Trevaughan has played as a defensive tackle at many levels of football starting with his hometown team the Durham Dolphins, moving to Trinity Pawling Prep School in Pawling New York, he came to become a Golden Hawk in 2015 as a Defensive tackle.
In his 5 years at Laurier, he has won many awards including All Rookie, First and Second Team All Star and Second Team All Canadian. He was a part of the 2016 Yates Cup winning team, being awarded the Glenn Caroll Team of the Year.
Trevaughan was in the 2018-19 draft class for the CFL, where he was signed as a free agent to the Toronto Argonauts.
After graduating from his Kinesiology Degree with a Psychology minor, Trevaughan decided to go into Massage Therapy at Westervelt College in Kitchener, to pursue his interest in injury treatment and prevention in a hands-on holistic approach. He hopes to work on athletes in the future, to improve their performance and recovery during their athletic careers.
This is Trevaughans first season assisting with coaching the Defensive Line, he is excited to share his knowledge and experience with new incoming recruits and help further develop the returning veteran players.
